The Unseen

Exhausted. That’s how I feel most days. But it’s much more than that.

I was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, in 2009.

[I feel tired. All the time. And I never feel, rested]

When I have to do something, I have to prepare for it.

By resting…days.

And when I’ve done something, I have to recuperate/rest from it.

Days.

An hours drive or a day out, feels like a 12 hour work day. And could take a week or more, to recover from.

Having other issues, like bipolar, anxiety, depression, also affect my energy and makes it difficult to plan.

[Low/high energy, mood swings. When I’m manic/high energy, I work to exhaustion]

For now, I try to rest.

And try to find the right balance of energy, mental and emotional readiness.

So I can, go out, visit, live.
