Blogging on a schedule, with Mental illnesses?

I’m new to blogging. And I’m reading up on, what the veteran bloggers suggest.

And one of the suggestions is to be consistent in the times, that you post.

Like posting daily, weekly or monthly.

Doing this, for me, would be challenging.

Having depression, bipolar and CFS (just naming a few)

Either of these, can cause me not, to stay on schedule.

This is why I became, disabled, unable to work.

Why I find it difficult to, find work!

When I’m depressed, at my lowest, I find it hard to do the basics.

Getting out of bed, eating, bathing.

Committing to a particular time to write, unimaginable!

But then , I’m bipolar.

And when I’m up, I’m manic.

I have all this energy, I need to do something with.

That’s when I can work. I wanna work. And I’m working around the house or exercising. All to exhaustion.

That’s when I talk a lot.

That’s when I would write.

Like now.

But, That’s today.

That’s why it’s so important to me, that I let people know, what’s going on with me.

I have my voice, I had/have friends, advocated for me.

Note: I just realized, that previous line, could be misinterpreted.  🙂

There’s advocacy needed, for those who can’t speak for themselves.

What can I do?

I would really appreciate some ideas on how I can,  one, help in obtaining adequate advocacy for the mentally ill/disabled.

And two, a way of generating income, with the issues, I mentioned.

Sincerely, Yvette
